Mobile massage therapy that comes to you

Touchstone is a mobile massage therapy practice based in Cochrane, Alberta. Instead of asking you to drive across town, take a treatment and then sit in traffic on the way home, the treatment room comes to you. A table, fresh linens, lotion and everything needed for a full professional session are set up in your home, so the calm you feel at the end of a massage isn't undone on the drive back.

It's built for people whose days are already full: parents who can't easily get out of the house, shift workers and tradespeople carrying the wear of physical work, runners, cyclists and skiers working through training and recovery, expectant and postpartum mothers, and anyone living with the long-term ache of chronic pain, old injuries or a desk-bound posture. Whether you're after a lighter treatment or focused, firmer work on one stubborn area, the treatment is planned around what your body is actually asking for.

Touchstone is run by Brett Enns, a Registered Massage Therapist practising since 2012. He graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in British Columbia, worked in Vancouver, and spent several years treating in Hong Kong — a city of more than eight million people — where his practice covered acute and chronic conditions, sports injuries, pregnancy and rehabilitation. His clients ranged from office workers to professional dancers and ultra-marathon runners, and more than 3,000 hours of training sit behind that experience.

That background shapes a practical, results-based approach: an honest assessment, an individualized treatment plan, and homecare you can realistically keep up with. Brett believes a functionally pain-free daily life is attainable for nearly everyone, and that the most effective way to get there is treatment in a space where you already feel safe and at ease.

Sessions are available across Cochrane, Alberta and nearby communities including Harmony, Bearspaw, Redwood Meadows, Bragg Creek, Water Valley, with a travel fee from $15 for locations outside Cochrane. Evening and weekend appointments are available, and receipts for insurance claims are provided after every visit.
